Rachada Construction Materials Co., Ltd. was founded and registered as the company for the business of steel trading on February 7, 1979 with Khun Winai and Khun Maneerat Ratanasiriwilai as founders. Located in a commercial building complex in Rama 3 area, the company has become manufacturer of cold rolled construction steel in 1999. Later in the year 2000, C. S. Steel Products Co., Ltd. was established to be a comprehensive steel manufacturer and service provider with registered capital of 600 million Baht.

With over 30 years of experience, Rachada Construction materials Co., Ltd. has the goals and objectives to provide service and distribution of steel products of various types to industrial entrepreneurs in the country with the policy to seek for high quality raw materials and steel products from sources in the global market, whether local or overseas, conforming to the internationals standards JIS , DIN , or ASTM, and process such raw materials using cold rolled formation method to achieve construction steel of standard quality for applications in various industries.
